Virtual Space Planning/ 2D Floor Plan

Welcome to Gracie Lain Design Studio!
Are you moving into a new home or buying new furniture and not sure how the layout should go or if everything fits? Every space in your home is unique and the last thing you want to do is returen furniture.
This Virtual Space Planning Package will ensure that your furniture and decor placement properly fits in your space and provides you measurements and a visual of the space in 2D.
Included in this package:

• 2D Detailed Floor Plan (to scale using measurements provided by client)
• Furniture Layout and Fixture Placement
• Detailed Instructions for placement of furniture and styling suggestions.

** This package is for 1 single room - additional charges may apply after we discuss the scope of work.
***Package does not include concept boards, sourced items, 3D renderings, or shopping lists. Please select a 2D Room Design Package if you need sourced items.

HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the Virtual Space Planning Package (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project.
Step Two
Next, use the Appointment tab to view my calendar and book your 30 minute kickoff appointment via Google Meet. Next, you'll complete the Design Questionnaire prior to the call so that we can discuss your vision before beginning to design your space.
Step Three
Prior to our call you will be notified to sign the Service Agreement (Contract) which you will find in your Studio on the left column of the menu. This is required to move forward with scheduled call.
The Final Step:
This is where you get to sit back and relax while I get to work! You will be notified when your project is ready for you to review. Here you can request any revisions (if necessary) and approve the design. Then it's all fun from here out as you get to begin your shopping from the recommended products in your design plan.
You will have 24/7 access to secure, direct messaging during the entire design process.
