Custom Virtual Design Package *Deposit Required

Welcome to Gracie Lain Design Studio!
Have you reviewed all of our packages and nothing seems to fit your needs? Gracie Lain can customize a package to fit exactly what your looking for. This package requires a $100 deposit to schedule the intial 30 min. kickoff call where we will build a custom design that is tailored to your individual style and needs. The deposit will be applied to your total package price. I provide you with everything you'll need to visualize your space, confidently make purchasing decisions, and implement the design plan on your own schedule!

**NOTE: Initial 15 min. discovery call is a "get-to-know" call and will not discuss the project in detail. Following the discovery call, we will have a 30 min. call to "dig-deep" into the project. A $100 deposit is required to schedule this call and is non-refundable. Payment will be applied toward the package of your choice.

How It Works
Step 1:
You will begin by purchasing this package with your $100 deposit (on this page) to get started. You will need to enter an email and password to complete your purchase and create your project portal login. Once you have logged in, I will send you an Invoice for the agreed upon Proposal Amount.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (the online platform I use to manage our project collaboration). Within your project studio, you will have access to all of the tools needed for your project by clicking on the menu tabs on the left.
Step 2:
You'll begin the onboarding process by scheduling your 30-minute virtual project kick-off call (Google Meet) under the appointments tab. Here you will also find a Letter of Agreement that will need to be signed prior to our call.
Step 3:
Next, you'll complete the onboarding "to-do's" that are listed in the Files & Media folder - left hand side of the studio. Here you will find directions on how to sketch & measure the space and how to take photos. Then you will simply upload everything into this folder. Then we will discuss everything in detail during our initial onboarding call.
The Final Step:
This is where you get to sit back and relax while I get to work! You will be notified when your project is ready for you to review. At this time we will schedule a 60 min. Virtual Call to present the final details. After you have had a chance to request revisions (if necessary) and everything has been approved, you'll be able to shop for the recommended products in your design plan and review your detailed installation and styling guide. It's that easy!
