Welcome to Gracie Lain Design Studio!
A deluxe E -Service where I'll help you design your new home build from the ground up. This option is perfect for someone building a custom home that wants to see the space before finalizing the plan OR help with finish selections and fixtures. Starting with your blueprints or floorplan, I'll review your wants and needs list and make suggestions for functionality and layout. From there, I'll build a model of your home in my rendering software and help you choose your design options from colors to finishing touches.

Don't lose sleep worrying if you made the right decision because with this package you will have the ability to visualize your new home before it is built. 

Custom Home Build Package - starting at $5,000
Our Custom Home Build Package is specifically designed to streamline the design process for your new home. It includes a detailed 3D rendered outline of your first floor (up to three rooms) featuring general furniture placements determined by the designer. Please note that this rendering does not cover custom built-ins, tray ceilings, or other specialized architectural features.
In addition to this, the package provides an in-depth, full design for one primary space—specifically a custom kitchen. This includes selections for cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting fixtures, faucets, and hardware, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful kitchen tailored to your tastes and functional needs.
Additional room renderings or designs beyond the scope outlined will incur separate fees. We look forward to helping you create your dream home!

*This is a Custom Item - Packages start at $5000 and requires a paid 50% deposit up front to secure your design start date. Please note that this is a starting price point and may vary depending on the size of your home and individual needs. 

*Starting price does not include 3D Virtual Images or Tours. These can be added to the overall proposal. 

This custom package includes:

  • Customized Client Portal
  • 30 min. kickoff call with designer
  • 2D Floor plan furniture layout with measurements - *measurements will be provided by client once I send you the sketch with directions.
  • 3D Outline of first Floor only with up to 3 rooms having drop in furniture
  • Sourced Items for single main room - Finishes, Fixtures, selections
  • 2D Concept board includes up to 5 rounds of revisions for main room
  • Clickable Shopping List for main room
  • Unlimited communication with me any time via email or website chat, to ask questions and give design plan feedback. Feel free to send me images that inspire you and ask questions as they come up. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
  • Final Presentation 60 Minute Virtual meeting, via Google Meet to review design concept and products.


How It Works
Step 1:
You will begin by signing the contract and once received, I will send an invoice for 50% deposit.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (the online platform I use to manage our project collaboration). Within your project studio, you will have access to all of the tools needed for your project by clicking on the menu tabs on the left.
Step 2:
You'll begin the onboarding process by scheduling your 1 hour virtual project kick-off call (Google Meet) under the appointments tab. Here you will also find a Letter of Agreement that will need to be signed prior to our call.
You'll complete the Design Questionnaire prior to the call so that we can discuss your vision before beginning to design your space.
You will then either upload a few pics of inspiration to your Mydoma Folder or you can email those to me.
Step 3:
Next, you'll complete the onboarding "to-do's" that are listed in the Files & Media folder - left hand side of the studio. Here you will find directions on how to sketch & measure the space and how to take photos. Then you will simply upload everything into this folder. Then we will discuss everything in detail during our initial onboarding call.
The Final Step:
This is where you get to sit back and relax while I get to work! You will be notified when your project is ready for you to review. At this time we will schedule a 60 min. Virtual Call to present the final details. After you have had a chance to request revisions (if necessary) and everything has been approved, you'll be able to shop for the recommended products in your design plan and review your detailed installation and styling guide. It's that easy!
You will also have 24/7 access to secure direct messaging with me by clicking the chat bubble in the upper right corner of your studio so you'll be able to ask questions or share feedback with me at any time!
