Welcome to Gracie Lain Design Studio!
Save yourself time, money, and a LOT of stress with a 3D Rendering of your space or new home!
Gracie Lain Design Studio will use your measurements, build the model, and then you'll be able to visualize your space with photorealistic 3D renderings allowing you to "virtually" walk through it! 3D Renderings can be purchased as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to any service you have previously purchased.

This package includes:

3-5 4K Rendered Images
1 - 720 Virtual Tour
30 min. Video Call with Designer
*Thing to note:
Package starts at $500 per room - Pricing is based on the scope of work - this package includes (basic windows, doors, drywall ceiling, flooring, and designer chosen furniture and accessories) If open concept room, multi room discount may apply.
There will be an upcharge for rooms that require special Architectural details such as parametric ceilings, built in shelving, customized finishings or furniture. ( Designer builds models if needed and matches materials, etc. ) These details will be discussed during our initial call and client can decide if they want to upgrade.
*This package does not include concept boards, product sourcing, or shopping lists.

HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing this package. (*any upgraded amounts will be charged after initial discovery call.)
You will then receive an email requesting you to login to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your personal Mydoma Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project.
Step Two
Next, use the Appointment tab, found in your studio to view my calendar and book your 30 minute kickoff call via Google Meet. Please prepare to discuss floor plan and any images that will be helpful to display the scope of work.
Step Three
Prior to our call you will be notified to sign the Service Agreement (Contract) which you will find in your Studio on the left column of the menu. This is required to move forward with scheduled call.
Final Step
This is where you get to sit back and relax while I get to work! You will be notified when your project is ready for you to review. Here you can request any revisions (if necessary) and approve the design. Then it's all fun from here out as you get to begin your shopping from the recommended products in your design plan. You will have 24/7 access to secure, direct messaging during the entire design process.
