3D Rendering - 3 Rooms (VDA)

Welcome to Gracie Lain Design Studio!
Take your business to the next level by offering your clients a 3D Rendering of their space! How often do you hear, " I just can't visualize it?" Not only can this elevate you to the next level, but save you time and money!
Gracie Lain Design Studio will use your measurements, build the model, and then your client willl be able to visualize their space with photorealistic 3D renderings allowing them to "virtually" walk through it! 3D Renderings can be purchased as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to any service you have previously purchased.
This package includes:

• 3-5 photorealistic renders of each room and/or area with "look-alike" models to match the colors, textures, and accurate sizing of the products in your design plan.
• Links to the editable version of your renders so that you can add them directly to your Mydoma studio visualizer (if applicable)

*Please note that this is the package starting price. Additional charges may apply after we have discussed the details of your individual project needs and defined the scope of work necessary to provide you with the highest quality of service.
**360 panoramic views, 720 tours, and even a customized VR experience can be added to this service!


HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing this package to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project.
Step Two
Next, use the Appointment tab to view my calendar and book your 30 minute appointment via Google Meet. Please prepare to discuss floor plan and any images that will be helpful to display the scope of work.
Step Three
Prior to our call you will be notified to sign the Service Agreement (Contract) which you will find in your Studio on the left column of the menu. This is required to move forward with scheduled call.
