The Elite Floor Plan offers the best of 2D. Actual furniture can be dropped into the plan and placed so your a step ahead in your render. Once you convert to the 3D your furniture will be there and ready for you to adjust into place.
Allow me to take the initial floorplan off your hands while you continue moving forward with other valuable steps. Send me your architechtural drawings, a PDF, or even your raw sketches along with measurements. I'll provide you with a precise and editable floor plan that includes the furniture you have sourced from the Mydoma Studio models. You can take it from there, giving you a jump start into the project.

This package includes:

• 1 Elite floor plan created in Mydoma Studio - (single story - 2500 sqft or less)
• Editable link to your floor plan in Mydoma Studio.
• 2D Space Planning/ Furniture Plan using actual sourced furniture from Mydoma library
• 2D Furniture layout suggestions - up to 5 rooms
• 2-3 - Floorplan layouts in unique colors for visualization
• Construction drawings from the Mydoma Studio software

*Elite floor plans start at $350.00. Additional charges may apply after we have discussed and defined the scope of work to accurately meet the needs of your individual project.

HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the Elite Floorplan Package (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu.
Use the Appointment tab to view my calendar and book your 30 minute Discovery Call appointment.
Step Two
Once you have scheduled your call, you will receive an email requesting you to complete the Design Questionnaire to upload necessary items into the Files & Media folder. (this can also be done after our initial call)
Step Three
Prior to our call, you will need to sign the Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature
