You've just started your Mydoma Studio! Do you want to hit the ground running? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the empty software in front of you? Then you've come to the right place! Gracie Lain Studio is here to help setup your studio to better fit your brand and business which in turn creates a unique experience for your clients. Are you ready to take your studio to the next level?

Included in this setup:

• Studio Settings Basic Info. - Logo/ Feature Image/Studio Name, Intro Title, Intro Text/ Business Contact Info./Logo Mark/ Currency if applicable/ Studio Theme/ Payments/ Addresses
• Projects - Status & Colors
• Orders - Headers & Footers - Full emails to include shipping and contact info.
• Custom Statuses - 20 (ex. pending approval, approved, submitted, etc.)
• Invoices - Headers & Footers - thank you email, payment accepted, next steps etc.
• Packages - Pre- purchase Agreement, Post Purchase Emails, Categories (*note this does not include Service/Package setup as this would be additional charge)
• Studio Tags and Colors - up to 20 (ex. living room, dining room, master bedroom etc.)
• Client Resources - Tasks, Welcome Video, Welcome Message, FAQ
• 1 hour post setup Google Meet Virtual education call
• 30 days post education support

HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the Mydoma Basic Studio Setup (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column you will find your menu.
Use the Appointment tab to view my calendar and book your 30 minute Discovery Call appointment.
Step Two
Once you have scheduled your call, you will receive an email requesting you to complete the Design Questionnaire to upload necessary items into the Files & Media folder. (this can also be done after our initial call)
Step Three
Prior to our call, you will need to sign the Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring signature.
